Parent Survey Results 2011
The annual Casterbridge Parent Survey was carried out in July to enable us to understand from our parents what we are doing well and what we can improve upon.
At Elvetham Heath Day Nursery and Preschool we are delighted that 100% of parents were satisfied with the nursery (83% being very satisfied)and when asked how likely our parents were to recommend the nursery the rating was 9.1 out of 10.
To summarise the findings, parents said we were excellent at communication, children were well stimulated, staff are knowledgeable and approachable and our food is great. Parents said we can improve our administration and would like more information about the learning goals of their children, we are committed to working on these areas.
